Pedro is the CEO of Optimist CDL Coaching School with more than 30 years of experience in truck driving in Puerto Rico and over the road in the USA. Pedro created a modality that he called "Spanglish" to help the Hispanic population learn the vocabulary related to CDL. He also has previous experience as an Instructor in a local community college before opening alongside his wife Zaida the first bilingual CDL school with Self-Care & Anger Management Training as part of the curriculum. Pedro is a common man who will guide you to achieve your CDL professionally in a real-life scenario.
Zaida is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in the social services and mental health field. She gained knowledge of the community resources in Reading and Berks County to help people to improve their quality of life and self-care. Her work experience includes independent living skills instruction to individuals with disabilities, employment readiness, and clinical therapy.
Zaida created and currently educates (as part of the CDL curriculum) about the meaning of TruckerFit to guide the future trucker to enjoy the CDL while keeping a life balance. Zaida is a common woman who wishes you to succeed.
